How do I get a Member Reward?

You can earn BRoadout member rewards in the following ways:

  1. Making purchases: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent.
  2. Account registration: Receive 200 points when you sign up and automatically join the Bronze tier.
  3. Birthday reward: Provide your birthday at least 30 days in advance and earn 200 points on your birthday.
  4. Social media sharing: Earn 1 point for each Facebook share, up to 10 times per month.

Points can be redeemed for discounts, with 100 points equaling $1 off. Points are valid for 1 year, and your VIP level is determined by the points you earn. Once you reach a level, you remain there for 12 months.

When do my Total BRoadout Rewards expire?

Your BRoadout Rewards points are valid for 1 year from the date they are earned. You'll receive reminder emails 30 days and 3 days before your points are set to expire. Make sure to redeem your points before they expire to enjoy discounts on your purchases!

What happens to rewards when I return all or part of my order?

When you return all or part of your order, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance. If you used points to make the purchase, those points will be returned to your account once the return is processed.

How can I move up tiers?

You can move up tiers in the BRoadout VIP Member Program by earning points through your purchases:
